Efrat is a choreographer, dancer, Pilates instructor,  dance teacher , and a scholar.

 

She obtained her B.Dance and M.Dance degrees from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, focusing on composition and research. 

A running theme in her works is a use of objects, e.g.,wooden frames and ropes, questioning body representations through them. Her works performed in Suzan Dalal, in galleries, ateliers, and dance festivals in Israel and Austria such as: “Room dances” with the artistic director Amos Chetz, and Machol Shalem festival, DORFFPLATZ, Raw matters , IST Austria and so forth
